getLinkingMetadata

Get a map of all agent linking metadata.

Parameters:

traceMetadata - TraceMetadataImpl instance to get spanId and traceId

configService - ConfigService to get hostName and entityName

rpmService - IRPMService to get entityGuid

Returns:

Map of all agent linking metadata

getLogEventLinkingMetadata

public static java.util.Map<java.lang.String,java.lang.String> getLogEventLinkingMetadata(com.newrelic.api.agent.TraceMetadata traceMetadata,
                                                                                          ConfigService configService,
                                                                                          IRPMService rpmService)

Get a map of agent linking metadata minus entity.type and any attributes with an empty value. This subset of linking metadata is added to LogEvents.

Parameters:

traceMetadata - TraceMetadataImpl to get spanId and traceId

configService - ConfigService to get hostName and entityName

rpmService - IRPMService to get entityGuid

Returns:

Filtered map of agent linking metadata
