public interface Command

A command takes some action when process(IRPMService, Map) is called. Commands are registered with the CommandParser.

The name of this command.

process

java.util.Map process(IRPMService rpmService,
                      java.util.Map arguments)
               throws CommandException

Executes this command. This is called from CommandParser.beforeHarvest(java.lang.String, com.newrelic.agent.stats.StatsEngine) if it receives a command from the rpm service that matches this command.
